By registering on Panha.live, making a payment for training, or participating as a Buddy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information necessary to onboard, train, and facilitate your role as a Buddy. This includes:
- Personal Identification Data: Full name, email address, phone number, and demographic information required for your profile and verification.
- Training & Performance Data: Records of the training modules you complete, assessments, feedback, and performance metrics as a Peer Supporter or Promoter.
- Financial Information: Payment details when you pay for training, and bank or payout details to process any earnings, referral commissions, or bonuses you accrue according to our Compensation Schedule. (Note: We do not store sensitive payment credentials directly; these are handled securely by third-party payment gateways).
- Communications: Any correspondence, support requests, or feedback you share with our team.
- Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and usage logs when you interact with the Panha.live platform.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data strictly to manage our relationship with you as a Panha Buddy Partner. Specifically, we use it to:
- Create and manage your Buddy account.
- Deliver training materials, track your progress, and evaluate your readiness to become an active Peer Supporter.
- Process payments for training and manage your earnings and commissions.
- Communicate with you regarding updates, platform changes, training schedules, and support.
- Monitor compliance with our Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions.
- Improve our platform functionality, training modules, and user experience.
4. YOUR OBLIGATIONS AS A BUDDY (CONFIDENTIALITY)
As a trained Panha Buddy, you will have access to sensitive information, including the identities and emotional concerns of platform users. You are bound by a strict code of confidentiality.
You must not: record sessions, share user details, or disclose any proprietary training materials or internal processes to third parties. Any breach of these privacy obligations will result in immediate termination of your Buddy account and potential legal action.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share your data under the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors who assist us with hosting, payment processing, analytics, and platform communication.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Panha, our users, or the public.
- Platform Visibility: A limited version of your profile (such as your first name and a profile picture) may be visible to end-users if you are acting as an active Peer Supporter, purely to facilitate the peer-support connection.
6. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION
We employ industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure servers, to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We retain your personal data for as long as your Buddy account is active, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If your account is terminated (for any reason), we will retain essential records for tax and legal compliance purposes.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may update your profile information within your account settings. If you wish to terminate your relationship with Panha and request data deletion, please contact our support team.
